Feeling empathy for you and wish you healing. I've tried so many things, everything always worked a bit for a time. Think it is really individual what speaks to different people. My latest trial was hypnotherapy. She talked about the back pack, we unpacked it and floated it away on the clouds. It was subtle, gentle and liberating. Now I'm free to work on my next self-project. Lucky I have a lifetime haha.

I agree with Babble. I saved my marriage and my relationship with the kids by getting cleaners. I love my cleaners more than my family sometimes. My hubby said we couldn't afford the cleaners when we moved into a bigger house. I said that's ok you sometimes have Fridays off, you can do the bathrooms then. Suddenly we have enough money for the cleaners.

Excellent work Holly! How true is that?! My husband has no idea how everything all gets done, or even what gets done. I went on strike last week and did nothing for anyone else in the house except I still did the washing and fed the dog. If people asked me anything I said I didn't know or just No. e.g. Qu. did son go to school? Ans. I don't know. Qu. What's for dinner? Ans. I don't know. Qu. Can u drive me to work? Ans.
