Some three days after marrying in front of the entire world, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have released the official photographers from their wedding.
Posting on Instagram on Monday, Kensington Palace wrote:
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have released three official photographs from their Wedding day.
“This photograph was taken by photographer Alexi Lubomirski in The Green Drawing Room of Windsor Castle, following the carriage procession.”
In another, on behalf of the Duke and Duchess, the Palace thanked “everyone who took part in the celebrations of their wedding on Saturday”.
“They feel so lucky to have been able to share their day with all those gathered in Windsor and also all those who watched the wedding on television across the UK, Commonwealth, and around the world.”
The photos, remarkably candid for their traditionally formal nature, were brimming with the occasional silly pose, missing bouquet and children who were most definitely posing on the cue of saying “cheese”.
For example, spare a thought for two-year-old Zalie Warren, who had positively no idea what was going on, looking off into the distance as the photos were snapped:
Zalie is the daughter of Zoe and Jake Warren, and goddaughter to Prince Harry.
Oh, and spare another thought (in case you're not all out of royal wedding thoughts) for Ivy Mulroney - the daughter of Meghan's close friend and stylist Jessica Mulroney - who somewhere between the service and the photo shoot managed to just... lose her headpiece.
And while we're here, huge props should go to little Florence van Custem who, upon losing her own bouquet, made the informed and clever decision to hold onto to Ivy Mulroney's, correctly assuming none of us would even notice.
Because if you've got a finger to a bouquet, you've got a bouquet.
Fans also noticed quite the optical illusion in the mirror behind Prince Charles' head, with the gold framed mirror making it look as if there is a long corridor behind him.
But to end on the highest of highs, let us ponder the legend that is Prince George's stupidly wide smile.

I’m pretty sure Ivy didn’t have a headpiece on the way out of the church - did she have one at all? Love the photos, especially the one with the kids. Harry looks like the biggest kid of all!
Correct. Ivy didn't have a flower crown, just a flower headpiece tucked into her ponytail, which wouldn't be seen from the angle these photos were taken.
Yes, and one of the little girls didn’t have a bouquet at all if I recall correctly, as Meghan gave hers to hold during the ceremony.
Something I tell my daughter every school photo day. Anything behind your head won’t be seen.
