The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, have made their first appearance since the royal wedding.
The pair attended their very first event as a married couple yesterday, celebrating Charles’ 70th birthday. The garden party, which consisted of 6500 of Prince Charles’ closest friends, was hosted in the gardens of Buckingham Palace.
As any good son would, Prince Harry gave a meaningful speech and described how his father’s tireless charitable efforts continue to inspire him and his brother.
“You have inspired William and I, and looking out here today, it is clear to see that we are not alone," he said.
"You have created an incredible body of work that has and will continue to make such a huge difference to so many people's lives both here and around the world."
The Duke affectionately referred to his father as “Pa” throughout the speech, while also poking fun at his father’s “Spider handwriting”, proving once again that he will always be the cheeky prince we know and love.
With the crowd ranging from representatives from Age UK to members of the Royal Ballet, you could say that the pressure's on.
But if there’s one thing that can really ruin your flow during public speaking it is a bumblebee buzzing right up in your face.
And that's exactly what happened to Prince Harry, who found himself uncomfortably stuttering because a pesky bee decided to enter his personal space in front of a crowd of thousands.
The prince eventually admitted defeat, telling the crowd, “That bee really got me.”
And that was enough to send the very serious royal Meghan Markle, alongside the Duchess of Cornwall, into a fit of giggles.
The new royal leaned forward in laughter not once, but twice, and turned to share the moment with Prince Charles and his wife.
Thank you for not keeping your cool Meghan, we wouldn't have been able to either.
And we're glad to see all of England is still buzzing from royal weddings. Even... the country's bumblebees.

I wonder if, as she does more “walkabout” occasions, whether Meghan will ditch the sky high stilettos.
What a marvellous royal she is already. Giggling beautifully at her husband. Role model and a half there.
Enough of the Royals please!

I only read the Royal stories to find where I can get a cape like Prince Charles - you gotta' admit, it was rather dashing
Thank you Guest. And I originally clicked on the article in the hope it would actually be about more than someone giggling at their spouse... I stand by my original comment.
