This is very important royal news.

The Sydney property Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will most likely be staying in when they touch down in Australia for the Invictus Games in October has been named. And it’s très, très luxe.

Because while officially they’re here to celebrate the sporting achievements of wounded, injured or sick armed services personnel and associated veterans, they’ll definitely be spending their down time in style.

According to Inside Out, the newlyweds have secured a stay at the $39 million Villa Del Mare mansion in Sydney's Point Piper. The eight-bedroom residence boasts waterfront views of the Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House and city skyline, with floor-to-ceiling windows and many private balconies to drink in the view.

The three-level property also has a private butler as well as a gym, a wine cellar and an infinity pool. There's even a 23-page brochure dedicated to the "grandest of family homes" you can have a squizz at.

The immaculate property is on Wolseley Rd, Point Piper, and is actually owned by Chinese billionaire Lola Wang Li who bought the mansion in 2015.

Although we're unsure how long the royal couple will be staying in Sydney for, the Games are running from October 20-27, and their Australia visit is a part of their greater Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Kingdom of Tonga tour.
