On the last podcast Mia said that video taken of a partner being abusive with out his knowledge would not be admissible in Court - that is not true in Victoria under the Family Violence Act. If you have a video of your partner being abusive towards you, give it to the police and your lawyer. I don't want women to be sitting on evidence that could help them in Court.
