Mamamia recaps Married At First Sight: Timothy's breakthrough moment has broken us.

To catch up on all the Married at First Sight recaps and gossip, check out the MAFS hub page. We've got you covered.

I hope y'all are ready to FEEL your FEELINGS because it's dinner party time — and it's an emotional one!

Jono is still alone as Lauren is out sick after having shoulder surgery to remove a blood clot. Sara and Tim debrief before dinner to make sure they're a united front following the cheating controversy that came out the week before.

The messiest of messy b**ches, Timothy, plans on playing coy about the identity of the Bulls**t Investigators by screaming "IT WAS US!" at dinner.

"I call everyone d**kheads behind their back AND to their face," he explains while dressed as the Purple Wiggle.

Never change, Timothy.

I expect a rousing rendition of 'Wake up, Jack!' at tonight's dinner.

But on to more pressing issues: Jayden announces he doesn't know how to pronounce yogurt as Eden braids his hair.

THE MISCHIEVOUS MOUSTACHE IS GONE.

THE POWER PLAIT IS HERE.

'My plait don't lie, but Sara does!' Image: Nine.

But wait.... Andrea and Richard are still fighting.

Andie requests that Richie listens to her "for seven minutes", she specifies, before listing her mounting issues with him.

"That is not the issue," Richard replies. "Let's be honest, you're not into me."

He then lets her have it, claiming she has "ruined" him.

Richard accuses Andie of 'gaslighting' him by saying he sighed, which, err... is not the correct use of that word, sir. Andie explodes at him, bangs her fist on the table and walks off.

This is a little too tense!

But now it's dinner party time and gossip girl Ridge is quick to tell Eden and Jayden that he reckons Timothy and Lucinda sent the anonymous letter. No way! This is brand-new information!

Within 10 seconds of Lucindothy's arrival (new couple name??), they admit to writing the letter.

They are sincerely sorry but also.... not at all.

The Bad Couple arrives. Tori is scowling at everyone and Jack's pants have never been tighter. It seems the more this man lies, the tighter his pants get.

Tristan and Cass also rock up to confirm they're still alive... despite getting almost zero air time this week. This doesn't bode well for this beloved couple. Welp.

Shock horror: Andrea and Richard arrive separately. "He did this," Jade says, pointing to Ridge.

She's not totally wrong, but in Ridge's defence, this couple was already heading to splitsville, one could say that Jade's husband simply provided the... ridge to get there. (You'll need to pry my bridge jokes out of my cold, dead hands!!)

Ridge talks to Richie, who tells him their chat "triggered old conversations". He throws Andie in front of the bus a bit, saying she got "personal" and "nasty" during their argument.

Upon her arrival, experiment outcasts Tori and Jack surround Andie to offer her advice which is A REAL CHOICE.

Sara and Tim arrive just in time for the dinner to begin but Jayden and his power plait ain't buying what Sara is selling.

Lucinda announces at dinner to avoid the "awks and dorks" she wanted to fess up to herself and Timothy penning the anonymous letter left under Tori and Jack's door.

In response, Tori spoke about how much the letter 'pissed her off'. "Our sex life is no one's business," she says, before saying that the challenge to three-way call Jack's ex was "absolutely not happening".

Tori then says she hates repeating herself before repeating herself over and over, claiming she 'doesn't care' what everyone thinks of her relo. Alrighty!

Jade pipes up to add that Jack told her he would have had six with his match if they were closer to his type than Tori.

Timothy can't contain his excitement of the jig well and truly being up.

Well, well, well...

Jack digs his grave a little deeper. "I said... if I said a sexual spark with someone, I would have slept with them by now."

This doesn't make anything better.

Timothy tries to ask Tori's thoughts, but Jack won't let her get a word in.

"I'm fine, so fine!" Tori eventually offers, sounding very much... not fine.

Someone also not fine is Andie, who is stuck listening to Richard tell the group about how her "hurt and trauma" has ruined their relationship. She says they have communication issues because Richie doesn't listen to her.

But Richie doesn't hear her, as he's busy suggesting she's projecting her problems with an ex on him.

"The communication block is due to Andie's trauma," he adds, which is a baffling thing to tell a group of people on TV. Buddy, there's three experts watching on from a darkened control room, leave the therapy speak to them.

Andie has had enough. "Don't say that!" she shouts, as she slams her hand on the table.

THIS IS UNCOMFORTABLE.

Tristan speaks up for Andrea, telling Richard that she's in pain and he keep 'pointing out her triggers'. Lucinda adds, "Is there any part of this that you can own?" HELL YES. GET HIM.

In reply, he says he gets a little "robust" in discussions. Hmmm. After all that, Richard admits he wants to get their relationship back on track.

OH LORD. PUT US OUT OF OUR MISERY.

Growing bored, the group pivot back to Sara and Tim with Jayden telling the gang that Sara deleted her ex's messages from her phone. "Tim, run for the hills, man," he says.

Ridge and Jayden instruct Tim to "leave" the experiment but the groom defends his relationship with Sara.

But big who cares because Timothy and Lucinda are thriving.

AND THEY ARE NOW A COUPLE WHO KISS...

MORE KISSIES! MORE KISSIES! MORE KISSIES! Image: Nine.

But then something shifts, Timothy goes off on his own and breaks down in tears.

"I came on here to meet someone, to find love," he said in a confessional. "I'm 51 years old and I've never let anyone in."

He says he regrets not being more open to Lucinda from the beginning.

"She's a warm person, completely open, my complete opposite," he reflects amid tears. "I am used to being alone. Being around Lucinda, I can see that maybe there's a better way to live. I'm in unchartered territory."

Lucinda finds Timothy to offer him some comforting words. I also require some, Lucinda.

I'M IN A GLASS CASE OF EMOTION. Image: Nine.

I AM SOBBING. I AM GASPING FOR BREATH. I AM NOT OKAY.

Timothy's journey from surly man who cringed at Lucinda to a man with an open heart ready to potentially fall in love with his TV wife is the sort of cannon that makes this show so damn important.

Timothy deserves the best, and the best is Lucinda.

I'm SO HAPPY they've found each other.

Don't mind me but I'll be blubbering into my laptop every time I think of this breakthrough moment until Sunday's episode.
