Eight things we know for sure will happen on Kyle Sandilands' new TV show.

Kyle Sandilands is bringing his spiky personality to our TV screens tomorrow night, and we can’t decide whether it’s going to be awful in a “trainwreck you can’t look away from” kinda way, or wildly entertaining. 

Trial by Kyle, described as Australia’s answer to Judge Judy, is being aired as part of Channel 10’s Pilot Week, a new television show which debuts shows with one episode each before launching a full season next year.

“Audience reaction, social media buzz and ratings will help us decide what shows will return to our screens in 2019,” Ten’s chief content officer Beverley McGarvey previously told news.com.au.

That means the future of Trial by Kyle is potentially in our hands, people.

Here’s what we know about the show so far:

Actual cases will be heard and all rulings are real.

For some unknown reason, the people having their cases heard actually gave written consent for Kyle to act as their mediator ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

One case will see former Big Brother contestant Skye Wheatley presenting to the court about a botched boob job.

On KIIS FM's Kyle and Jackie O Show this morning, Kyle said Skye is genuinely seeking to sue the company involved. So, naturally, Trial by Kyle seemed like the best option for results.

"When you decide to enter mediation, not to go to "real" court, that’s what happens anyway," he explained of the role of a mediator.

Shannon Noll makes an appearance.

Nollzy appears at some point as an "expert on mateship and etiquette", because apparently that's a thing. 

Kyle will throw a temper tantrum.

Kyle gets real salty during one particular case involving two Neighbours extras.

"I get very sore tempered with those two," he said on air this morning.

While he was reluctant to give too much away, he had this to say about the case involving the "two idiots":

"One guy tried to start a fight with Toadie...in real life."

We are still unsure whether Kyle understands that Toadie is a fictional character.

He “doesn’t give a f**k” if his show gets picked up or not.

Kyle previously told news.com.au that he doesn't care if Channel 10 chooses not to air Trial by Kyle in full next year.

“I think everyone hopes it will go (ahead) but I also don’t give a f**k if it doesn’t,” he said. “I’m not going to cry and be on Xanax or anything. I don’t care.”

That sounds to me like someone who really does care...

Kyle is going to give people money (only if he deems they’re “not a f**ng idiot").

If Kyle decides in his rulings that someone owes money to another person, the show will cover the costs.

But he previously told news.com.au that he was "a real stinge" with cash-related rulings.

“We had quite a big budget but I would only give what felt right. I don’t want to give you money if I think you’re a f***ing idiot. Just because I’ve got a budget doesn’t mean I’m going to use it.”

Anna Heinrich will use her legal training to assist Kyle.

Ok, so this might actually be a reason for us to tune in. The former Bachelor contestant and criminal lawyer appears in the episodes to analyse evidence for Kyle.

Kyle will be watching the show at home in his undies.
