The sweet reason why Keira Maguire and Jarrod Woodgate decided to get back together.

On New Year’s Eve, the unthinkable happened.

Despite a very public break-up in August last year, Keira Maguire and Jarrod Woodgate shared that they were actually back together.

In the weeks after the Bachelor in Paradise couple announced their split, it was unclear whether the pair would even remain friends.

At the time, both Keira and Jarrod spoke to tabloid media, sharing details that didn’t quite paint a particularly flattering picture of one another.

But according to NW, there was one very simple reason that brought the couple back together – despite all the past animosity between them.

“Jarrod is the man of her dreams, he’s her soul mate and the man she wants to marry, so she’s determined to make things work,” an insider source reportedly told the magazine.

“They sat down and talked it all out, and one thing was clear – despite all that had happened, they still loved each other.”

Um, cute!

Fans first began to speculate that the reality stars were back together when the pair went on a brunch date back in November.

Then on New Year’s Eve, Keira shared her favourite photo of 2018 – a picture of the couple kissing under a waterfall.

Speaking to Who magazine at the time of their split, Keira said it was Jarrod who broke up with her, because he didn’t understand her career.

“Jarrod didn’t like the fact I didn’t have a full-time job… because my job was doing endorsements and he’s about working hard in a nine-to-five job,” she said.

In response to Keira’s claims, Jarrod told Who that he found his lifestyle incompatible with the 32-year-old.

“Her Instagram following is overwhelming and it was taking over our relationship,” he said. “She’s purely Instagram-focused, and that takes up a lot of time.”
