'I'm obsessed with home organisation. These are the 10 items I swear by to keep my house tidy.'

If you're ever lucky enough to be a fly on the wall during my downtime, you'll see me curled up on the couch watching an endless stream of organisational TikTok videos.

There's just something about clean and tidy homes that's so, so satisfying.

Watch: Adelaide mum Danielle Holloway's perfect pantry. Post continues below.

I moved into my tiny apartment four years ago, and quickly realised that without a system in place, chaos would ensue.

I'd find myself with three packets of paprika in the pantry because I forgot I already had two, and I'd be cramming things into random spots just to keep them out of sight.

My pantry and fridge AKA my pride and joy. Image: Supplied.

Eventually, I reached a breaking point, and something had to change. It had been about a year and I just couldn't live that way anymore.

I set off on a mission to find the best products to keep my home neat, organised and clutter-free.

Now I can actually see all of my makeup! Image: Supplied.

It's now three years later, and I consider myself an organising pro. My house is immaculate (if I do say so myself) and everything has a place, thanks to these handy products.

Ok, I am also an organisation lover, and all these things look so beautiful and tidy. But I want to point out that you can be organised and tidy without them, too. Do a declutter of your house, and you'll probably find plenty of things you can use for storage - all those boxes that are "too good to throw way", for example! Those perfectly coordinated pantries with the matching containers look amazing, but you can be just as organised with mis-matched containers too. If you can afford all this stuff, then go for it, but I would hate for anyone to feel like that is the level you have to go to to have an organised home.

@rush very true! I used old shoe boxes in my clothes drawers to separate all my different types of clothes. Noone can see or tell that they are old sneakers boxes!

@emm01 I use the box my phone came in for odds and ends in smaller drawers, and the plastic container from the fancy packet of Ferrero Rocher! 😄
