There's no one better at humble bragging than a celebrity with too much money to spend.
Enter the most humble brag opportunity of all time: the Architectural Digest home tour.
Now, it may not come as a shock to any of us that famous people spend absurd amounts of cash to make their places look more interesting and thus, create more opportunities to boast about their rare, and sometimes illogical, things.
Watch the 4 hacks that make cleaning your (not stupid) home easier. Post continues after video.
But this inexplicably rare niche has made for a, how do I put this, particularly stupid gloating opportunity.
Because they love to brag about wood. Their wood. The wood that adorns their home and makes up their furniture and their instruments, and sometimes their backyard.
(I told you it was stupid.)
Since a clip went viral on TikTok, I've become obsessed with watching Architectural Digest home tours from celebrities who genuinely just love their f**king wood.
Here are all the celebrities (and my god are there a lot) who have bragged about... their wood.
Dakota Johnson and her creepy outdoor table.
The 50 Shades of Grey actor, who actually went viral for lying about how much she loved limes in her Architectural Digest tour back in 2020, has something she is truly passionate about.
The creaky old wooden table that sits in the darkest corner of her backyard.
"I wanted you to see this table and chairs over here," she animatedly told cameras back before it was weird to let strangers in your home without a mask.
"Because this was made out of the wood from Winston Churchill's yacht.
"I'm not lying," she continued. "And I think that's the coolest thing ever."
The actor went on to share that no one can sit at the table because it's not actually a practical feature for her home at all.
However, it is a humble brag... so not completely useless.

Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard's ugly bathtub.
Four years ago, actor Maggie Gyllenhaal and her husband Peter Sarsgaard showed us the ugliest thing I've ever seen: their bathtub.
Upon debuting their "favourite room", which is just an eccentrically mismatched bathroom, they put focus on their big ol' tub straight away.
Which is, if you were wondering, made entirely out of teakwood.
Gyllenhaal then goes on to proudly inform us that Scottish barrel makers created it and they have owned said bathtub for "10 [or] 12 years."
Just fascinating, truly.

Michael Imperioli's unnecessary guitar.
I have a deep admiration for Michael Imperioli's face. His home, as well.
But perhaps what I admire most is the Sopranos actor's ability to genuinely, wholeheartedly brag about his guitar humbly.
His home, nestled in the richest part of New York City, is stunning.
But who gives a f**k when he has a guitar made from wood that was recovered during the renovation of the Chelsea Hotel?
"[It's] somewhere I lived at one time so it kind of has a specific meaning," he explained and we don't care. Just show us the f**king guitar, mate!!!
It's entirely unnecessary how long he talks about it, but if it means I get to keep staring at his face, then I'll take it.
Listen to Michael Imperioli talk about his guitar for way too long here:
RuPaul's sewing box (no insult because I like it).
I love RuPaul (not to humble brag myself but I interviewed his best friend and RuPaul's Drag Race co-host Michelle Visage a few years ago). I love what he does, who he is and everything he has done for the LGBTQIA community.
I also love, more specifically, his wooden sewing box once owned by "the one and only Ann-Margret" who was a five-time Golden Globe-winning actor and singer.
There are no crude jokes or insults to be made at his expense (or my own) this time around, because honestly? I like it. And it doesn't take up the whole circumference of a bathroom, so that's a win in my book.
"This piece in particular is special because it's a sewing box and it was owned by the one and only Ann-Margret which is pretty special," he explained back in March 2023.
Right on, RuPaul.
