An X-rated wedding photography request is sending Facebook into meltdown.

Wedding photography goes through trends.

Whether it’s creative angles (we’ve all seen the rear view mirror picture of the bride and groom kissing), candid moments, drone shots, or smoke bombs – wedding photos are a product of their time.

And according to a recent viral wedding photo posted on Facebook, we live in interesting times indeed.

Because apparently this was a request from a bride and groom just two weeks ago:

Yep.

The photo, taken by Adam Scarf Photography, was shared on October 30 and has since received over 3,000 shares and almost 4,000 comments.

We just... we're speechless.

Regardless of your opinion of the highly contentious photo, the comments are very, very funny. One man appears to tag his partner, who then responds, "why am I tagged in this?" to which he awkwardly replies, "because it's funny." Several men have also tagged women who then write something along the lines of "no chance."

Of course, several people have shared less than favourable opinions, with one woman commenting, "that's disgusting! imagine if our parents saw this. defs not appropriate!" Others have simply written, "yuck."

One thing's for sure - it's definitely 'memorable.'

How do you feel about this wedding request?

I guess if that's your sense of humour, that's fine, but perhaps something that's better left as a private joke, rather than posting it on Facebook for the entire world to see.

Why is no one else talking about the shame of an f/20 aperture?
