Pregnancy is often portrayed as the inescapable exchange of your figure for an increased bust.
But for The Bachelor contestant Alex Nation pregnancy seemed to have the opposite effect, she tells TV Week.
The 24-year-old told the publication she had spent her youth top heavy but lost it after breastfeeding.
"When I was in high school I had quite big boobs," she said.
"After having Elijah and breastfeeding, I just wasn't very well endowed anymore."
Nation said she was disappointed with the change as she had always appreciated curves on a woman.
"I think curves are beautiful on a woman, so when they just disappeared like that, it's a bit disappointing," she said.
The Bachelor hopeful went on to say she had considered plastic surgery but decided she first needed to find peace within herself.
"I thought to myself, ‘I have to learn to love my body first.’ Then, if I want to go back and do that, I will," she said.
The model went on to say she was currently content with her "humble handful".
“But, I haven’t felt the need to. I’m pretty happy with my humble handful." she said.
As a fellow "humble handful" human, I couldn't be happier with Nation's response.

I agree. Not strange that women's breasts reduce in size, not just from breastfeeding but also happens Post pregnancy.
Worked well for me. A size 8 with e cup
Breasts, I'd always planned a reduction post kids. Breastfeeding did it for me. Now a nice C cup....though not a particularly perky one after 3 kids.
