The photo capturing Taylor Swift's alleged sexual assault has been leaked.

In filing a lawsuit against former radio DJ, David Mueller, for sexual assault Taylor Swift had one request:

The singer asked the judge to make sure the incriminating photo picturing the assault was never seen outside the courtroom.

But overnight, the photograph has been published by gossip site, TMZ and is now being circulated worldwide.

The picture was taken in June of 2013, during a meet-and-greet at Denver’s Pepsi Centre. The image allegedly shows Mueller, who worked at a country music station at the time, with his hand wrapped around Swift’s bottom.

Mueller initially sued the 26-year-old for slander, which caused him to lose his job in radio, however, Swift counter-sued for the assault.

In her statement, she said, “Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there.”

“I was barely able to get words out, and it was like somebody switched the lights off in my personality.

“So it was pretty quick that he was gone after that.”

Swift’s mother, Andrea, also wrote in the deposition about the impact the reported assault had on her daughter.

“I felt like I wanted to cry and throw up at the same time,” Andrea said.

“She was upset. She cried. We cried. It was – it was just inconceivable.”

Since rumours of the allegations first started, Mueller has always maintained that it was unintentional and it was another colleague who assaulted Swift.

Swift’s case was first brought to attention earlier this year when she was dismissed for jury duty in Tennessee.

She told the court she was unable to remain unbiased on a case of aggravated rape, kidnapping and domestic violence due to her own experience with assault.

This annoys me so badly. My 11 year old niece just told me about a boy in her school who was doing similar things to another girl. The girl in question has cried about 5 times now because he won't leave her alone and continually tries to touch her. I asked if she told the teacher and she said she had but the boy was given some warnings and if he continues to do it then he will be suspended. I couldn't quite believe what I heard and how lightly they were taking this. It infuriates me.

Schools are so lackluster in dealing with things like this and bullying. They ignore issues until they explode. I am fed-up.

Would it work if this girl's friends rallied round and they all went together to see the Principal about it. Heck why isn't every girl in that school standing with her. I'd like to think I would have.

Sure, you have your hands hanging down and you go to put them around the person next to you but the angle is wrong.
I've accidentally grabbed a womans chest once playing social netball, we were up by 50 at 3/4 time and it was all in fun, so they put a woman who was about 18 inches shorter than me on me, she was fronting me so I picked her up under the arms to swing her out of the way and mhands accidentally slid up.
Difference is I apologised and was embarrassed about it, where as the guy in the story wasn't.
