1. Sophie Monk has a rather bizarre relationship with underwear and we have a few questions.
Sophie Monk is renowned for her glorious candour. This week, she left no stone unturned when discussing her… camel toe.
Because of course.
Speaking to Brisbane radio trio Bianca, Terry & Rob on 97.3, the upcoming Love Island host said that her most embarrassing wardrobe mishap is the annoying ye’ old camel toe… but she also admitted that it might be her own fault.
“I could have a calendar out how many times I’ve had camel toe – and it’s only laziness, because I don’t wear undies,” she said.
“It’s not because I have massive flaps or anything…”
Oh. Oh, my. Not… not that there’s anything wrong with that.
However, now we have some questions. In fact never have we had more questions about Monk’s underwear-wearing habits, which include but are not limited to…
– Does it get cold in winter?
– Is she ever worried that she’ll stack it in a short dress and flash the world her hoo-hah?
– Has she ever stacked it and accidentally showed the world her hoo-hah?
– How does her stylist feel about this when she borrows clothes for events?
– How does she wear jeans? Surely the seams would… hurt a little bit?
– Does this mean that the secret to banishing the camel toe for good is as simple as wearing thicker underwear?
So, so, so, so many questions.
2. It turns out Wil Anderson’s podcast interview with Em Rusciano ruffled a few feathers on his own radio show.
Wil Anderson’s podcast interview with Em Rusciano made a few headlines about the 2DAY FM radio host – but it seems now it’s causing trouble for the interviewer himself.
On last week’s episode of Wilosophy, Anderson bagged out his own radio show on Triple M, which he joined late last year – and this morning his Hot Breakfast co-hosts Eddie McGuire and Luke Darcy questioned him on it.
On the podcast, he described the show as a “f–king mess” before he arrived.
“You know what I got? I’ve got an old car that’s out of warranty and I’ve done my best to get it running better than it was running,” he said.
“I was like, ‘this would work better if you put some oil and water in it’. That’s basically where it’s at.”
No wonder McGuire and Darcy weren’t impressed.
This morning the men replayed the comments to their co-host, who said “to be honest, I stand by all that,” while adding it “sounds a bit worse than what I remembered.”
Darcy pointed out that this “old car” of a show “coped OK for eight years” before he arrived.
It seems his mates’ reactions must have stayed with the comedian – apparently, the comments are no longer included in the podcast episode.
3. Kevin Federline wants Britney Spears to pay more child support. You know, just a casual $80,000 a month.
Kevin Federline is sick of his sons being disappointed to visit dad's house.
That's according to his lawyer, who's helping him push for an increase in the amount of child support his ex-wife Britney Spears pays to him each month for their sons Sean, 12 and Jayden, 11.
He's asking for $80,000 (US$60,000)... a month.
At the moment Federline is paid $13,200 (US$10,000) for each boy per month, but he wants to triple that, saying he can't compete with the lifestyle Spears offers them.
His Mark Vincent Kaplan lawyer told People the DJ and former backup dancer needed to more cash to splash on the kids. "Otherwise, you have a situation where when I go with Mom, I get to pick out what pony I wanna ride that day; when I go with Dad, my high point is mowing the lawn with him."
However, a rep for Spears says she has a different take.
"Kevin wants a raise in money and he can’t account for where the $20,000 is going," the rep told Entertainment Tonight.
4. Can we please just take a second to gawk at Jessica Rowe's magnificent new hair?
In very important hair news, Jessica Rowe (AKA ex-Studio 10 presenter and one half of the podcast One Fat Lady and One Thin Lady) has firmly jumped on the mermaid hair bandwagon.
While she's no stranger to making a bold hair statement - this is the woman who fronted a nationally-syndicated morning TV show with fairy floss, pink hair after all - her latest hair change has her going for a pastel, sapphire blue.
It's a sight to behold...
While the 47-year-old admitted to her Instagram followers that she used to touch up her pink hair at home by herself (she's a very brave lady) she left this colour transformation to the professionals, opting for Scarpa Hair in Sydney.
It even has us itching to make a colour switch-up ourselves...
5. The hilarious royal wedding video that is going Viral-with-a-capital-v.
As two billion people watched the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on Saturday, one question was front and centre: what are they saying?
While ‘professional lip readers‘ (we… we don’t believe you) have since allegedly deciphered what was said between the royal couple on their wedding day, there’s now an even better version.
The YouTube channel ‘Bad Lip Reading‘ has consistently provided nonsensical but also bizarrely fitting translations of major pop culture moments, including Donald Trump’s inauguration, Mark Zuckerberg’s interrogation before Congress, the Twilight movies, and what seems like literally every episode of The Walking Dead.
Now, they’ve done us the honour of lip reading the royal wedding, and yes, suddenly a lot of things make sense.
You can watch the hilarious video below.

Noticed there's been a fair bit of Em Rusciano talk on news sites I haven't seen mentioned anywhere here, a site that's done plenty of articles about her or her opinions. What's up with that?
Perhaps the work of a good publicist...?
It reminds me a bit like how there's surprisingly little on Watergate in the Nixon Presidential Library haha
I saw on the FB site the claim that big men in radio behave in such ways all the time; but when women do, they are publically labelled as "difficult".
Ah, Bad Lip Reading, one of my favourites. If you're a Game Of Thrones fan, I can highly recommend the Medieval Land Funtime World/GOT bad lip reading on YouTube.
That was their best one - Medieval Funtime World/GOT. I don't think there's a funnier one than that.
One of those things that can always cheer me up when I'm having a shitty day. "Who threw these poops on me" and "Powdered sugaaaaar!" never fail!
