I am surprised that there is even an article about this? If you want to iron, go for it. If you don't, don't.
Obviously getting great sleep if you're fortunate to be waking when the sun is up! A little difficult for those of us who wake in darkness with no sign of sun for well over an hour. And what about getting regular exercise? That is hugely important in ensuring good quality sleep.
