Bachelor contestant Kayla Gray on her biggest fear when meeting the Honey Badger.

When flight attendant Kayla Gray arrived to meet The Bachelor for the first time, she had one thing on her mind.

“I was just praying it wasn’t Shane Warne to tell you the truth,” the 25-year-old said.

But lucky for Kayla, despite rumours that the 48-year-old cricketer would be the next Bachelor, he wasn’t the man standing there when Kayla arrived.

Instead, she met Nick “The Honey Badger” Cummins.

Speaking to Perth Now ahead of the show’s premiere tomorrow, Kayla has shared her first impressions of the former Wallabies rugby union player.

“I thought he was a bit of a bogan… but that’s not a bad thing,” Kayla confessed.

“He’s tall and sporty which is good.”

According to Kayla’s Bachelor profile, her ideal partner is tall and sporty with a great sense of humour, so it looks like she’s in luck with the ‘Honey Badger’.

Kayla, who lives in South Australia, also shared that she’s nervous about the show premiering, adding that passengers on her flights often describe her as a “brunette Sophie Monk”.

“I have a feeling they’re going to portray me as a dumb flight attendant. I’m not the smartest one out there,” she told Perth Now.
