BUMPER Fluff: Did Kate Middleton accidentally reveal the sex of her baby?

From Kim Kardashian becoming a ‘blogger’ to Kate Middleton potentially revealing the sex of her unborn child, this week has been full of some very interesting news in Fluff Land. Take a scroll through the week that was in the Fluff files.

1. Did Kate Middleton accidentally reveal the sex of her unborn child?

Is it a girl for William and Kate?!

Kate Middleton MAY have let slip the sex of the royal baby when she attended a function in Grimsby, England. According to the Telegraph, a fan handed her a teddy bear and the duchess replied with, “Thank you, I’ll take that for my d…” but then stopped herself.

Bystanders were swift to pick up on the faux pas by the Duchess (reports Us Weekly) with one audience member asking her if she had meant to say “daughter,” to which Kate replied, “We’re not telling.”

Another prickly-eared bystander asked her if the Duchess meant she wasn’t telling or if they don’t know the gender, Kate replied, “No, we don’t know.”

So if the royal couple don’t know the gender did Kate mean D as in Doula? Or Dog? Or Donut? Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

2.Modern Family cast members get stuck in an elevator: hilarity ensues

If you are ever unfortunate enough to get stuck in a lift, THESE are the people you would want in there with you.

Modern Family cast members Julie Bowen, Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson were in Kansas City when they got stuck in a hotel elevator with nine other people for an hour. To pass the time they made jokes, tweeted, posted photos to Instagram and made this six second Vine video.

3. Norwegians really love their wood.

It’s not marriage equality, it’s not religion: it’s firewood that really divides people in Norway.

Nearly a million people – or 20 percent of the Norwegian population – tuned in to watch a 12-hour long program about firewood.

The show’s called National Firewood Night, and it mostly featured people talking and chopping in the woods and then EIGHT HOURS of a fire burning in a fireplace.

But it was the bark that really got people riled up with many viewers complaining via text message about the stacking of wood. Fifty percent of viewers complained the bark was facing up while fifty percent of viewers complained the bark was facing down.

One viewer confessed on a Norwegian website she was so excited during the show, she couldn’t tear herself away to take herself to bed.

We guess they don’t have My Kitchen Rules in Norway?

4. Kim Kardashian wears a white marshmallow dress: gives fashion advice

In groundbreaking celeb news Kim Kardashian, who is around five months pregnant, has stepped out in an unusual peplum jacket, white trousers and nude heels.

The 32-year-old reality star is writing a self-described “mommy blog” for celebrity site Celebuzz about her maternity style.

“So I wanted to do a mommy blog today to talk about fashion during the early stages of a pregnancy. For me, I’ve found that I’ve gained inches and I’ve gotten wider but my belly hasn’t popped yet, so I struggle finding things that don’t make me look heavy. Some days my baby bump really shows, and some days it doesn’t… so I never really know what I’m going to look like.”

5.Some people send a thank you note. Not so much Rihanna.

So, Rihanna posted this photo of herself in a white g-string to thank Italian fashion designer Miuccia Prada for the custom made thigh-high leather boots gifted to her. Because arse cheeks say it so much better than flowers, don’t you think?

Captioning the picture, 25-year-old Rihanna wrote: “Gotcha b***h tip toeing on my marble flo’!!! Sick a** custom Prada boots! Miuccia you RULE!!! Thanks you”

Rihanna makes no apologies for her Instagram selfies, recently telling UK Elle magazine:

“Well I Instagram everything about my life, whether it’s smoking pot, in a strip club, reading a Bible verse – how crazy, I know! – or hanging out with my best friend, who happens to be Chris.

“Everybody wanted to know what was happening in my life. Is she a drug addict? No. Is she an alcoholic? No. Is she a victim? No. That’s when I got the gun [tattoo]. It was a symbol of strength. I’ll never be a victim.”

Re: Kate Middleton. I'm guessing it's *possible* they don't know the baby's gender. I know in both my kids' cases, I had a 'hunch' as to the gender, and although I didn't say directly, it would slip out in pronoun choice - "Oh, she's kicking! She's active today! Must like whale music" And next time? "Yikes! He's gonna be having footy lessons, I think!" The first time, we didn't find out, and my firm hunch she was a girl was right. The second time? We did find out, and before finding out, I didn't have a *clear* hunch, but I kept saying stuff like, "Well, I *don't* feel like it's a girl, like I did last time... it *could* be a boy". Or more to the point, in the first pregnancy, I'd had a clear feeling, no way in the world was I carrying a boy. Second time around? Well, could be.... *maybe* I am, not sure.

So maybe she truly was going to say 'daughter', but doesn't actually *know*. Or maybe they do know, and they just don't want it to be known by everyone. That's fine. After all, when we had our second, there were people - mostly a generational split - who didn't want to know, even when they knew we *did* know. So what if the Queen has said she wants to go traditional and not find out till the birth? Better keep it out of the media in that case!

Rihanna.. I've considered myself a fan of hers for awhile now, in terms of music and fashion..

But she seems to get more immature with time, and I find myself losing all kinds of respect for her.. Chris Brown brings out her worst side!
