Healthy ice cream? We’re listening…
Natural Instinct is on a mission to prove that the ingredients in their skincare range are good enough to eat – and with this latest recipe, we’re convinced.
They enlisted the help of nutritionist Lee Holmes to come up with a dessert featuring Kakadu Plum – and while it might be hard to find at the supermarket, it’s completely worth the effort.
Here’s the proof.
If you could make one treat healthy, what would it be?

Easiest healthy ice cream is to put frozen banana in the blender. Add a bit of natural yogurt and drizzle of honey. Blend. Simple and delish. The kids love it. You might have to put it back in the freezer to firm up.
You can blend frozen banana with anything for soft serve icecream, but don't need the yoghurt! It has the exact same consistency as ice cream! frozen fruit, chocolate, cacao, vanilla, mint with chocoalte chips, imagination is the only limit :)
I have the yonanas maker, it's cheap and brilliant. Plus it doesn't come out melted like it does when you try it with a blender!
