UPDATE
An autopsy has confirmed that Dave Goldberg, the Chief Executive of SurveyMonkey had an irregular heartbeat before he died and fell from his treadmill. Reports suggest that the father-of-two may have sufferred an arrhythmia.
Goldberg’s memorial service was held on the 5th of May at Stanford University.
His wife Sheryl, Facebook’s COO, wrote a beautiful tribute to her husband. You can read it here.

Sheryl Sandberg’s husband, Dave Goldberg, died of head trauma following a treadmill accident.
The 47-year-old chief executive of tech giant SurveyMonkey was found lying next to a treadmill at the Four Seasons Punta Mita in Mexico on Friday night.
A Mexican state official said that the father-of-two fell off the treadmill and cracked his head open while on holidays with his family. Mr. Goldberg left his room at 4pm local time and went to the resort gym. Family went looking for him when he failed to return to his room.
His brother Robert reportedly found him on the floor at 6.30pm local time surrounded in a pool of blood.
Mr Goldberg was transported to hospital, where he died, said the official.
His brother Robert then took to his Facebook page to announce the death of his brother, writing: "It's with incredible shock and sadness that I'm letting our friends and family know that my amazing brother, Dave Goldberg, beloved husband of Sheryl Sandberg, father of two wonderful children, and son of Paula Goldberg, passed away suddenly last night."
Dave Goldberg and Sheryl Sandberg, the COO of Facebook, married in 2004.
Sandberg wrote fondly of her husband and accredited much of her success to him in her 2013 best seller Lean In. On a Facebook post following the release of her book Sandberg wrote: "The most important decision a woman makes is if she has a life partner and who that life partner will be. The best decision I ever made was to marry Dave.”
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerbeg released a statement on Facebook saying “Dave Goldberg was an amazing person and I am glad I got to know him.
“My thoughts and prayers are with Sheryl and her family.”
Ms Sandberg has not spoken publicly about the death of her husband.
