Sharny Kieser shared a photo of herself 'breastercising' and it's caused mixed reactions.

Divisive “fit mum” Sharny Kieser has made headlines yet again – this time for “breastercising”, or breastfeeding while exercising.

The 35-year-old personal trainer gave birth to her sixth child, son Magnus, just a fortnight ago. But it didn’t take her long to get back into her workout routine.

Her husband Julius uploaded a photo on Facebook on Australia Day, showing her ‘breastercising’.

He captioned it with, "I caught Sharny multitasking today. In public. ?#?breastercising?"

"I don't get the whole breastfeeding in public problem. It's not disgusting at all. If anything it can be awkward when making eye contact. And of course We're going to look, it's a (straight) male instinct. We will try everything not to, but for a brief split second our eyes trick us and look down," he continued.

"I actually think we need more chest equality. If more girls got their boobs out, there would be less alcoholism and less drugs. I'm serious, why else do young men party? It's not because they love dancing. It's because they just need to see some chest equality."

Many of her supporters were full of praise, with Anita Mitchell posting, "Great pic!!! My hubby has one of me puttying up a wall while feeding! Sometimes you just got to get things done when you can!" and Christie Mansfield writing "Clever girl . She's burning a whole lot of calories there!!"

But others were quick to criticise, with Patricia Harris writing, "Really! Breast feeding while exercising? I breastfeed my 3 children and felt that they deserved all my time and energy whether it be in public or private. Don't have an issue with breast feeding at all, I think it's wonderful, but for the little time you have them as tiny tots could you cut the multitasking crap for 10 mins and enjoy the one on one time with your child. We are/were all busy mums but I think our children deserve us to be completely in the moment with them" and Jean Allison simply asking "Why?"

Sharny and Julius have previously sparked controversy for blaming childhood obesity on parents, claiming pregnant women used cravings as an excuse to get fat, and even comparing overweight people to "dole bludgers".

Do you think "breastercising" is a good idea?
