We suspected love was dead when Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner split. But this confirms it.
Comedian Amy Poehler is single again.
The Parks and Recreation star, 44, has reportedly split from her partner of two years, 37-year-old Kroll Show star Nick Kroll.
US Weekly reported the news on Monday, and People also reported the sad news.
“Unfortunately, they just couldn’t make the relationship work with their schedules,” an “insider” reportedly told Us Weekly.
“They really tried, but it just wasn’t realistic anymore,” adds the so-called source. “They were spending more time apart than together.”
Poehler mentioned the pair’s relationship in her memoir Yes Please, though she didn’t name him.
“I have a boyfriend who knows how to settle me,” Poehler wrote. “He puts his hand on my chest and tells me boring stories.
“On one of our first nights together I woke up apologizing for my snoring and he pulled out the two earplugs he had worn to bed so that he could hear what I was saying. It was one of the most romantic gestures I have ever seen.”
Poehler has two kids with ex-husband comedian Will Arnett: Archie, 6, and Abel, 5: The pair Arnett married in August 2003 but split in September 2012.
Our thoughts are with Poehler and Kroll.

I am a huge fan of Nick Kroll. One of the smartest and hilarious comedians ever. So out there and also spot on with his characters. From what Amy says about him, it makes love him even more.
Can't comment on the relationship breakdown though…Wish them well? Even though I don't know them and they don't know me? Seems weird!
