From Nat Bass to MAFS' Cyrell: The Amazing Race Celebrity 2024 cast has been announced.

Queue the mad dash across the world, Australia, because The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition is coming to a screen near you with an all-star cast. 

This year, 11 celebrities and their chosen loved ones will head out on an intrepid adventure, racing one another to win the whole show. 

Putting their bodies and emotions on the line, these couples will test their relationships as they bus, train and run across the world in order to win the grand $100,000 prize, which will be donated towards their chosen charity.

Natalie Bassingthwaighte & Melinda Sheldrick: Sisters

As an Australian singer, actress and television personality, Natalie Bassingthwaighte has entertained us from her time in the Rogue Traders to her stint as a judge on X Factor

In The Amazing Race, Bassingthwaighte will unite with her sister Melinda Sheldrick.

Ian Thorpe & Christian Miranda: Childhood Mates

As a champion Olympic swimmer and sports commentator, Ian Thorpe is bringing his determined personality to the The Amazing Race. 

He'll be competing alongside his childhood best friend Christian Miranda, and hoping to bring home the 'gold medal'. 

Pete Helliar & Bridget Helliar: Married

Helliar might be a quadruple threat as an actor, comedian, writer and presenter, but will his skills help him win The Amazing Race? 

We’ll see, as the Aussie talent brings along his wife Bridget Helliar for the adventure.

Jett, the son of ironman Grant Kenny and competitive swimmer Lisa Curry, has already competed in a slew of other shows, including Australian Ninja Warrior, Gladiators, The Real Full Monty and Dancing with the Stars

He'll bring his TV prowess alongside partner Lily Brown, who is an Australian influencer and founder of the sleepwear brand Chille. 

Billy Brownless & Oscar Brownless: Father and Son

Former Geelong player Billy Brownless and his son Oscar Brownless will bring their competitive spirit and swiftness to The Amazing Race, but will they be as fast in the game as they are on the field?

Havana Brown & Stephanie Wood: Besties

Australian DJ and singer/songwriter Havana Brown is used to going viral for her musical prowess. Now she'll step into the rhythms of the race alongside her best friend Stephanie Wood. 

Cyrell Paule & Eden Dally: Engaged

MAFS' Cyrell Paule and Love Island's Eden Dally are the couple who have made reality TV work for them. 

We'll see how they approach this new challenge together with their trademark hot tempers.

Brooke McClymont & Adam Eckersley: Married

Who will host The Amazing Race: Celebrity Edition?

Returning to his role as the host of the show is Beau Ryan

The Australian television presenter and former professional rugby league footballer will helm the show proudly. 

"We had huge success last year off the back of the celebrity edition, but I do like the fact that average Australians can compete as well," he told TV Tonight

"It's only a matter of time before we probably go back to that format. We've got an incredible cast and we are going relatively soon."

Where is The Amazing Race: Celebrity Edition filming? 

While Channel Ten have remained tight-lipped about filming locations, Pedestrian report that the couples have been caught filming in Buenos Aires.

When is the release date of The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition?

While we're all counting down the days until The Amazing Race launches for 2024, as yet there is no official release date. 

Channel Ten have simply said "coming soon". Watch this space.
