Everything you need to know about Logies host Sam Pang.

Comedian Sam Pang is set to storm the stage at the 64th TV WEEK Logie Awards on Sunday night, where he's sure to cause some chaos just like he did in 2023.

The Have You Been Paying Attention star is known for his hilarious antics, which were on full display during his opening monologue last year. What will he have in store for us at the 2024 Logie Awards?

"Hosting the Logies last year was an amazing experience and I'm thrilled to return in 2024. Adding to the excitement Seven have also given me the green light to try new things this year so I'm really looking forward to displaying my underappreciated and severely undeveloped song and dance skills," he promised of his triumphant return.

As we wait to see what Pang says at the Logies, we're taking a look at the man behind the monologue. Let's dive in.

Who is Sam Pang's wife? Meet Adriana Pesavento.

Sam Pang is married to Adriana Pesavento, who also goes by Ann Pesavento.

He's a very private celebrity, who chooses to keep much of his family life out of the public eye — and as such, not a lot is known about their relationship.

According to reports, the low-key couple first met while Pang was pursuing stand-up comedy. They then married around 2000-2001.

Just as the comedian keeps details of his relationship under wraps, so too has he kept his family out of the spotlight. However, it is known that he and Adriana have a daughter together, Sienna Pang.

In 2012, Pang told The Sydney Morning Herald one of the best days of his life was the "day my daughter was born."

Sam Pang's comedy (& radio) career.

While fans of comedy and TV shows including Have You Been Paying Attention will of course be familiar with Sam Pang, here's a little rundown of his career in the spotlight.

In the early 2000s, Pang ventured into the world of radio with a co-hosting gig on Triple R's Breafasters program.

He went on to join ABC Local Radio's Summer Nights, before co-hosting the Chrissie, Sam & Browny show on Nova with Chrissie Swan and Jonathan Brown.

He also experimented with podcasting alongside Santo Cilauro and Ed Kavalee for a podcast version of Santo, Sam and Ed's Total Football on ABC Radio.

Over on TV, he kicked off his televised career in 2009 with the history-based quiz show ADbc.

He's been involved in a number of sports shows, including Santo, Sam and Ed's Total Football on Fox Sports and Channel Seven's The Front Bar, which he hosts alongside Mick Molloy and Andy Maher.

Sam Pang's AFL career.

What you might not know about Pang is that, along with a career in comedy and commentary, Sam played for the Collingwoof Under-19s Aussie Rules team in 1991.

He continued to play football and be involved with teams until the late 1990s.

In another life, maybe he would've been the greatest footballer of all time. Who knows!

But we're glad he turned to a life of comedy, because it means we'll be in stitches on Sunday when he hosts the 64th annual TV WEEK Logie Awards. We're counting down the minutes.
