This brings new meaning to the term 'toilet humour'.

After I posted this bit of entertainment last week, I received the following clip from a Japanese prank show. Who knew there was an entire portaloo practical joke genre of TV shows....This one came from Nigel who suggests watching to the end. I agree.

FROCKWATCH: More Australia pix

Hugh and Deborah Lee..

So, today I broke my scales.

http://img.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2007/04_01/scaleDM_468x481.jpg

I did. Not with my weight but with my foot. I stomped on them in frustration after they gave me three different weights with a 5kg fluctuation. 5kg is a lot and I am not in the mood to have my head messed with BY SOME STUPID SCALES. So I broke them properly. That'll teach them.

For many years I didn't have scales. Somehow some came into our house - and they were those tricky ones that measure your BMI etc. Useless when they toy with your emotions by 5kgs. I don't think I'll replace them.

FROCKWATCH: Australia premiere

Last night I didn't go to the premiere. Mostly because I wasn't invited. But also because I did go to a Madison magazine dinner to celebrate their Sex, Frocks and Rock & Roll issue. Will post about that later. But first things first. We can't begin our day without watching some Frocks. Apologies that pics are a little small....check back later for some more.

MAG HAG: Because who has time to go to the newsagent?

This is the new US Harpers Bazaar. If you're keen, I'm gong to start posting magazine covers from here and overseas. I must say I don't really miss all the free magazines I used to have to read when I was an editor. Mags these days seem so....slow. And I never seem to go into newsagents anymore.

But I do like to look at covers. You?

How would you feel if this was the sight that greeted you when you walked into the bathroom in the morning?

Or this......

It's funny. When I think about it, all my girlhood popstar crushes were on men who wore make-up.
Fortunately, I grew out of this and my husband is not a guy-liner or man-scara wearing dude.

In the UK, cosmetics for men has become a 700 million pound industry. Woo hoo. Now men are being sold insecurity by beauty companies too. Welcome to our world.
This week, YSL launched it's famous Touche Eclat concealing pen to men. That's it above.
Yves Saint Laurent is confident that society is now ready for men in make-up.

“Sure of himself and his masculinity, L'Homme Yves Saint Laurent imposes his own style,” the company says in a glossy pamphlet that uses the word “virile” a lot. “He knows that his power of seduction, composed of strength and sensitivity, makes him irresistible.”

Oh look. Pregnant man is pregnant again.

Actually, he's not a man. She's a woman who has had her breasts removed. And has some facial hair. That's all. Isn't that right? Or is your gender purely about how you feel, which sex you identify with, not the outside bits? Either way. They do seem rather intent on being public about what they're doing so perhaps it's a good thing for education and tolerance

Come on everyone, let's be, ahem, supportive of Goldie's natural boobs. Go sexy granny.
