Zoe Foster explains primer. Like only Zoe can

Mamamia Managing Editor Lana writes: After dealing with (and solving) our lip balm woes last week, Zoe’s back with her second reader question. Well she’s back with the answer which is even better.

Today’s question comes from Lucy Gardener who wants to know which goes first – primer or mosituriser.

Over to you, Zoe.I am listening because I have no clue

For those of you who are unable to watch the video right now watch it when you get home but just to keep you in the loop for now – it is moisturiser first and primer later. Any treatment product before any make up product.

Zoe’s pick for primer is the Napoleon Perdis Auto Pilot Pre-Foundation Primer ($55) which you can get here.

Do you use primer? Does it help your make up stay where it’s meant to be?

Future question for Zoe...Can you please recommend a good pair of tweezers? I have tried half a dozen recently and they don't pull out the eyebrow hair from the root and I'm left what looks like stubble. Any ideas? Thanks.

Future question for Zoe
I know in your book you give a run down for those with under 10 mins of time ... but to reduce this further ... for the SAHM whose highlight of the day is school run / grocery shopping - what can be done to look good but with minimal effort?!
Thanks
