1. Melbourne woman charged with murder after allegedly running over her partner.
A woman is expected to face a Melbourne court today charged with murdering her partner after a fatal car park hit-and-run.
Jess Lee Donker, 29, allegedly ran over her partner, Richie Powell, 32, at a carpark outside a Sunbury kindergarten, Seven News reports.
Emergencies services were called to the scene about 6.15 Sunday morning and found the man dead.
Victoria Police detective acting senior sergeant Nick Densley said there may have been “a number of events that led up to this incident between those parties”.
Donker faced an out of sessions court hearing on Sunday night and is set to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court today.
2. Sydney man drowns in Bali resort pool.
A 27-year-old Australian man has drowned in a resort swimming pool in Ubud, Bali.
Vasco Rodrigues, from Sydney, was holidaying with his girlfriend at the time, AAP reports.
Miroslava Kubeckova, 35, told Indonesian police that her boyfriend went for a swim after they had breakfast, while she went to their room.
She said when she returned about 90 minutes later, Rodrigues was at the bottom of the pool.
Rodrigues was pronounced dead at a local health care clinic.
Police say they do not suspect any foul play.
3. Rolf Harris faces new charges in London court.
Rolf Harris will face court in London, charged with indecently assaulting seven women and girls between 1971 and 2005.
