1. Person of interest in William Tyrell case has criminal record of more than 90 offences.
A paedophile who is a “person of interest” in the disappearance of William Tyrell has a criminal record of more than 90 offences across NSW.
News Limited reports that 59-year old Anthony Jones was jailed last week for an aggravated indecent assault on a minor. He has more than 90 offences in his criminal record including striking a child, attacking women, escaping police custody, and intimidated police.
It has been reported that Jones was a member of the Grandparents As Parents Again (GAPA) group. This group was believed to have had links to a paedophile ring operating on the mid-north coast.
His car, a white older model station wagon was impounded for forensic examination two weeks ago.
Detectives have been seeking information about a car that fit the same description seen in the street where William went missing.
Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

2. The exact same thing happened to me a couple of years ago. The woman in my building was screaming I could her the hitting and I seriously thought she might be killed. The police took hours arriving around 2am (I called around 10pm) by which time the building was quiet - I told them they've easer left home or she was dead. They seemed a bit embarrassed. There's really no excuse in a prosperous country like Australia for the police to take 4 hours to answer to a life threatening call. What I took away from the experience is that domestic violence is too common for the police and not taken seriously enough because the victim often decides to go back or whatever
Tacky look from Bishop, her partner shouldn't of been seated there, as she made the very same argument back in 2012.
The Liberals shouted from the roof tops that we were under a budget emergency and applying for a seat on the UN Security Council was a waste of taxpayers money. Now will Liberal voters argue against Bishop's plans to apply for another term on the UN Security Council and the UN Human Right's Council? Especially since the debt and deficit has doubled under former Treasurer Joe Hockey.
No substance.
