The answer is simple, really.
It’s only been a week since the final rose was handed over on the inaugural season of The Bachelorette, but there already there are whispers about who will be in charge of the rose pile next year.
Obviously, there is only one Sam Frost, but now that she’s found her one, we’ll be needing another someone to join on their journey to love.
Vying for the coveted role of bachelorette 2.0 there are two possible choices (in our minds at least), the two beautiful brunettes, who sadly lost out to Snez in the battle for Sam Wood’s heart.
Heather and Lana.
Leaving aside for a moment that Heather has confirmed that she is, in fact, happily dating someone.
And completely ignoring the fact that someone as great as Lana is also, probably dating someone (and this whole thing is at least a year off).
Let’s just weigh the pros and cons, shall we?
Heather, lovely, laid back Heather.
To be honest for a long time we thought Heather had that thing in the bag.
There was that superhero date, the apple-bobbing contest, Warwick.
But then, our dear Heather was inexplicably friendzoned when intruder Lana entered the house.
Lana, who was also lovely and laid back and, ah, who we also really thought would win.
Lana. Who delivered one of the steamiest spa scenes primetime television has ever allowed.
She would certainly make a great bachelorette. But so would Heather.
But so would Lana.
Actually, they would BOTH be great and we think they BOTH deserve every happiness.
Here’s your solution Channel 10: it doesn’t matter in the slightest.
Probably just depends on who’s single when next year rolls around? And at this stage, we’re pretty sure Heather isn’t.

I'm with you sister! I suggested this ages ago! But then who would write those amusing columns of hers about the Bach?
You know the TV people are never going to go for it, but they are nuts, with Rosie on, it would be a rating success. I for one am over watching these shows, but I would be tuning in every week to see Rosie crying over which one of the "Peen" people she should give a rose to!

Can we start one of those petitions on Change.org? Use that platform for something useful instead of these lame petitions about banning tuna brands that kill whales or whatever (yeah I signed that and then two years later ate that brand cause I forgot they are whale killers!)
