In what may be the most startling effigy since that Cristiano Ronaldo statue unveiled last week, a waxwork Zac Efron has landed on a flimsy deckchair in Madame Tussauds Berlin.
And it’s… well, it’s… a little nightmarish?
Before we hit the road to Insomniaville (population: soon to be all of us), here’s a quick reminder of what Zac Efron looks like, most of the time:
Hot.
Perhaps one more for good measure?
Yep, definitely hot.
Now, this is not to say the wax version of the Hollywood heartthrob doesn’t have a certain je ne sais quoi, it’s just…
LOOK AT IT.
It's not that the figure doesn't capture the 29-year-old's likeness. It's more that it looks an awful lot like someone else entirely.
Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, anyone?
Regardless, his eyes do sort of sparkle, don't they?
As Sale Of The Century as the faux-Hawaiian setting may be, it is sort of fitting given Efron's upcoming stint in the Baywatch reboot.
WHY IS HE WEARING A WETSUIT THOUGH?
Also...
*shudders*

It doesn't look anything like Adam Levine. It's not the best likeness of Zac Efron but it still looks more like him than anyone else.
It does look like him, but it still looks a little bit "off" somehow. And the reason he's wearing a wetsuit, is presumably because he's in the upcoming Baywatch movie with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
