Real women, real clothes.

If you’re looking for some weekday fashion inspiration. Try this.

It’s fashion, but it’s your fashion. It’s Mamamia readers and what they wear on a day-to-day basis. In this week’s gallery we have:

Justine and her kids

Justine McKee: Justine McKee blogs at The Suburban Stiletto, which you can find here. You can also like her page on Facebook here.

How would you describe your style? Nowadays, I tend to favor classic styles that don’t date. I dress to my (pear) shape, so love belts to nip in the waist and interesting necklines. I don’t do baggy, layers, hats or flats. I love 50s retro style dresses, fitted Madman style dresses and the simple A-line.  For shoes, it has to be heels … stilettos, not chunky. If I wear flats, it’s thongs. I hate those thong/boot things with a passion, they don’t look good on anyone. Accessories need to be subtle, I wear my beloved pearls nearly everyday, but sometimes swap them for a flower brooch or lots of glass beads. My favorite high street brands would have to be Cue, Review, Basque, Alannah Hill and Portmans. If I could afford it I would wear Victoria Beckham.

Best place for a bargain? I get very overly excited at the Myer clearance racks and have snagged so many fantastic bargains on their sale rails. I try never to pay full price! For shoes, Tony Bianco and Peeptoe have amazing sales, I love their shoes.

Jane Frosh

Jane Frosh: Jane is a stylist with over 10 years experience in interiors, lifestyle and events. You can visit her website here or follow her on Twitter here.

How would you describe your style? I need clothes that I can move around in easily. I need to be able to be on the floor or up a ladder (and everything in between) when on shoots. I also need clothing that I can throw into a bag easily for location gigs. clothing that doesn’t show dirt too easily for installation days, and items that can take me from a grotty junk shop to a client meeting without too much hassle.! I tend to be a little bit ‘rock chick’, with the odd stripe and leopard print thrown in for good luck!

Best place for a bargain? I have a girlfriend with a shop and she stocks amazing labels. So I buy from her. Last week I bought a pair of tie-dye ‘True Religion’ jeans that I totally didn’t need, but are incredible. Vintage boutiques like Zoo Emporium and Grandma Takes a Trip. I also have clever friends who sew. It’s great to know those who sew!

Marina

Marina Passalaris: Marina is the founder and director of Beautiful Minds Australia, a program for girls aged 11 – 17, educating them on grooming, etiquette, leadership and life skills. You can visit her website here and follow her on Twitter here or Facebook here.

How would you describe your style? My style is elegant, classic with slight eclectic edge

Best place for a bargain? Bondi Market has great finds. Hot tip – check out the girls selling their second hand designer clothes for a steal!

For Wardrobe Week to keep going, we really need you to send in your pics!

Just like the girls have above, send us four or five pics of you in the clothes you wear everyday and tell us all about them. They don’t have to be fancy or schmancy-  just make sure the pics are taken with a uniform background.

It’s that easy. And we’ll be sending all our participants a little gift to say thanks :)

Now, tell us, what’s rocking in your wardrobe at the moment?

Justine Mckee has a lovely smile... so why do we only get to see it once? I dislike the current trend for headless fashion modelling. For me, the eyes are as much a part of the look as anything else. It's not what you've got, it's how you carry it, yeah?
