It is usually the other way around, but not this time.
At 9-years-old, Chloe Smith had enough. She had enough of her strict parents telling her what to do.
So she wrote them a note. A stern note. Telling them to either be nicer or miss out on bedtime reading.
This note was posted to Reddit by Chloe’s uncle and has since made the rounds, making every parent (and even non-parent) laugh:
If you can't make out the handwriting, this is what it says:
"Dear Parents, it seems you both are a little overly strict tonight, therefore I do not wish to read with you tonight. But if you change your attitude I will be glad to. Goodnight. From Chloe Smith."
At least she gave them an option right?
