When Paul Walker passed away following a car accident in 2013, his friend and co-star in The Fast and The Furious franchise Vin Diesel was left devastated.
Diesel – who later named his daughter Pauline in Walker’s honour – paid a touching tribute to his late friend at yesterday’s People’s Choice Awards.
“They said to make this short and sweet, so I will try to make this short and sweet,” Diesel said after receiving the award.
“It was a labour of love. My only message to you is you’d be amazed what you can do with love. You’d be amazed at how powerful a force that is.”
Diesel sung Wiz Khalifa’s ‘See You Again’, the song that was also used in the Furious 7 film’s own tribute to Walker, as he left the stage.
