For former Bachelor contestants Tiffany Scanlon and Megan Marx, their relationship played out in the public eye among prying eyes and curious fans.
So naturally, their break-up would be no different.
After Marx confirmed the duo’s split in a since deleted Instagram comment late last week, Scanlon has spoken to Daily Mail Australia about what the break-up means for her future.
“I guess I’m at this point where I’m trying to make sense of the past year and wondering what it all meant,” she told the news outlet.
However, she’s trying to make use of her time back home in Australia after her move to Bali with Marx last year, telling the website she has applied to be an ambassador for youth travel company Busabout Tours. The interview came as entries for the role closed.
“Maybe it all had to happen the way it did so that I would end up applying for this job,” she continued.
“I am really hoping to win, it’s just what I need at the moment after everything.”
According to Busabout’s wesbite, the company are looking for someone with sound social media skills – no doubt skills Scanlon has – and a penchant for producing great video.
She has since uploaded her video entry on YouTube, which shows the former reality TV contestant heading to Rottnest Island and detailing her time on its secluded beaches.
“I’m just focusing on doing things that make me happy right now and being brand ambassador for Busabout would make me very very happy,” she added.
