There’s a new baby on The Block.
Former contestant Alisa Fraser, who completed on the reality renovations show with her twin sister Lysandra in 2013, gave birth to her second child on Monday.
She welcomed a baby boy (rather stylishly) named Dash Edward.
She shared the news on Instagram, posting a snap of her adorable little bundle and captioning the photo with, 'We are excited to announce the arrival of our precious little boy Dash Edward.'
She also added, 'Born 18.01.16, weighing 7.1lbs. So much love in our hearts right now.'
Alisa and her husband are already mum and dad to a four-year-old son named Nate.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph about her pregnancy, Alisa said it was 'a long time coming.'
'We were initially planning to have a second (child) before we even started on The Block. It’s three years late but it’s better late than never,' she said.
Alisa and sister Lysandra won the 2013 Block Sky High series, taking home a shared $395,000. They then went on to complete The Block Fans vs Faves 2014, in which they received second place, winning a further $616,000.
They have since filmed their own reality show called Alisa and Lysandra to the Rescue. In addition to this they have launched their own interiors company, an online blog and collaborated with Forty Winks to launch a design range.
Alisa's son Dash will be little cousin to Lysandra's two boys, Emerson, four, and Cohen, three.
