Grab your roses, people. The time has finally come.

After two weeks without a whispering Osher Günsberg on our screens, the brand new season of The Bachelorette is finally here.

(Look, we know we’re getting our Osher fix on The Masked Singer too, but it’s just not the same, okay?)

Tonight, 20 men entered the mansion vying for the heart of Gogglebox and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Angie Kent.

There was a local politician, a man pretending to be Zac Efron, a baby crocodile, a fireman holding a puppy and, erm… Angie’s brother.

During the cocktail party, which largely involved the men cuttin’ each other’s grass and unknowingly making Angie’s brother uncomfortable, Osher announced that Angie was going to give away a yellow rose.

The yellow rose promised 24 hours alone with Angie on the very first single date and unsurprisingly Carlin (AKA the early frontrunner) was chosen.

While Carlin was safe, it was Oliver and Josh who were sent home at the first rose ceremony.
