Information on how to enter  form part of these terms & conditions.

Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter advocates responsible drinking. Legal aged consumers are advised to visit www.alcoholguidelines.gov.au for information on safe drinking, standard drinks and related issues.

This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the identity of the winner

Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash.

All prizes not claimed within 21 days of the winner being announced will be forfeited

Mamamia is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law

Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.

If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Mamamia which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Competition,

Mamamia reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.

Mamamia may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Mamamia’s database. Mamamia is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.

Mamamia is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Competition.
