New South Wales is facing some extreme weather at the moment.

At the time of writing, three people have lost their lives.

The Bureau of Meteorology has issued severe weather warnings for the Metropolitan Sydney, Hunter and Illawarra areas,  NSW Premier Mike Baird has advised everyone to head home from work early from the city, and 000 has received over 3000 calls. There have been 47 flood rescues, and 2000 homes and businesses lost power.
