This is Musharaf Asghar. Musharaf is a student from Thornhill Community Academy in Britain. Musharaf suffered from a debilitating stammer, and was bullied by fellow classmates throughout his early years of high school.
The bullying was so extreme that Musharaf ‘s Year Seven attendance rate was only 34 per cent .
Inspired by the 2010 Oscar winning movie The King’s Speech, one of Musharaf ‘s teachers, Matthew Burton, set out to help the the teenager, and the results are astounding.

The video of his amazing transformation was filmed as part of the British Channel 4 show Educating Yorkshire, and has since gone viral on the internet. Musharaf has been widely praised for his bravery and perseverance.
Musharaf has since moved on to college.
