The personalised Spotify playlist that caters to all your nostalgic needs.

Spotify has just introduced another personalised playlist called Your Time Capsule that is designed to meet your nostalgic cravings and bring you all your favourite songs from your teenage years.

Alice Lofgren, Social Media Market Manager at Spotify, says the playlist is available today “for all Spotify users in 60 Spotify markets”.

“[The playlist] gathers the 30 most nostalgic tracks from your teens and early twenties, creating the soundtrack for a trip down memory lane.”

According to Billboard, the new addition takes into account your age, country and current listening pattern to develop a personalised playlist that will consist of 30 songs.

The launch comes after the success of the Your Summer Rewind personalised playlist which was designed to bring us all our favourite songs from previous summers. This one, however, is designed to bring us all those powerful memories from our youth.

We're guessing Satisfaction by the Rolling Stones will be popular for the Baby Boomers' playlists and Billie Jean by Michael Jackson will be a hit for the Gen X's. Wannabe by the Spice Girls will be a favourite for the millennials and for those of us in Generation Z, soz guys we aren't old enough to feel that nostalgia yet.
