Sophie Monk was flicking through a magazine when she found herself on a 'worst dressed' list.

‘Worst dressed’ lists can be notoriously mean and while having your outfit judged is part of being in the public eye, reading these lists must sting a little.

Entertainer Sophie Monk is one celebrity who seems to take having her outfit criticised with a grain of salt.

Monk took to Instagram to share her reaction to being featured in an ARIA Awards Worst Dressed List in an unnamed magazine. In the short video on her Instagram story, the 36 year old is shown opening a magazine and looking for her picture.

In the video, Monk looks over the best dressed section first and then looks at the worst.

"Oh hello!" Monk exclaims when she says her image under a heading that reads 'The Bad' before letting out a sigh.

While Sophie Monk does not discuss being labelled 'worst dressed' any further in the video, the fact that she has shared the list when her over 100k Instagram followers suggests that she is not losing sleep over it.

Monk wore a dress by Oglia-Loro Couture to the ARIA awards on Wednesday night and shared several photos of it on social media during the event.
