Things just took a turn for the uglier.
Nick Loeb has accused Sofia Vergara of physical abuse and bullying.
Vergara’s ex, 39, has already taken out an op-ed in The New York Times about his ongoing battle to bring to term two embryos the two created together.
Now he’s appeared on morning TV to discuss the issue in an interview in which it emerged he made the accusations against in papers filed in court last year.
“She physically abused him on four separate occasions, she punched him in the face on two occasions, kicked him and threw her phone at his head,” the complaint stated.
“She also routinely bullied him, called him a loser, worthless and other degrading names.”
During their relationship, Vergara, 42, and Loeb created the embryos and both signed an agreement stating that neither would bring them to term without the other’s consent.
Loeb’s complaint says that he only signed the form “to avoid further abuse.”
“In my view, keeping them frozen forever is tantamount to killing them,” he said on America’s Today show.
He wants to implant the embryos in a surrogate and raise them himself.
Businessman Loeb denied he was capitalising on his ex’s success and trying to disrupt her life.
Vergara is promoting her new film with Reese Witherspoon Hot Pursuit and has recently become engaged to Magic Mike actor Joe Manganiello.
On Thursday, she was given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Interviewer Hoda Kotb told him, “She doesn’t want to have a child with her ex. You are perceived as the guy who can’t move on.”
Loeb denied his case has anything do with his feelings for Vergara, saying it was about “bigger moral, legal, ethical concepts that are out there about lives that we’ve already created.”

Vergara made her own appearance in an interview on Good Morning America, saying she hoped it would be the last time she ever had to talk about the issue publicly.
“I’ve been working very hard for 20 years to get to this point where I am, enjoying my movie,’ she said.
“I promote all my movies, all my work, but I don’t like promoting my private life and I don’t understand why this person… I don’t want to allow this person to take more advantage of my career and try to promote himself and get press for this.”
The mother-of-one said, “I am having an amazing month with all these things that I get to do with my career and he’s got nothing. I’m not sad.
“There’s papers signed. There is a court date. He shouldn’t be creating something so ugly out of nothing.”

I think Nick has to move on... they have an agreement regarding what would happen if they split up and he should build a bridge and get over it!
I can't help but think this article would have been written in a totally different manner if it was her making accusations of abuse.
I disagree. This guy only started the abuse allegations after people started accusing him of being crazy stalker guy, to appear more sympathetic. If the tables were completely reversed the lady would still look nuts.
