Johnson's Baby
It can be exhausting as a new mum, trying to figure out what is safe to use on your little one’s soft and delicate skin. Let’s face it: ingredients labels can be confusing.
To make things easier for a group of lucky mums, Johnsons and Mamamia hosted a Mums to be Masterclass to help new and expecting mothers get acquainted with the ins and outs of baby skin care.
To help bring that valuable information back to the rest of our audience, Alys Gagnon had some questions about ingredient safety for Sharon Dowling, Technical Skincare Manager from Johnson & Johnson Pacific.
What is the most exciting part of being a new mum?

Seriously?? Johnsons is full of chemicals and crap. Please do not put this stuff on your baby's skin. Look for products that are actually chemical free like moogoo. Do your research properly.
No product can be "chemical free". Everything contains chemicals. You and I are made up of chemicals. All food is made up of chemicals. Even moogoo contains chemicals.
The word "chemical" is not inherently dangerous.
No soap - infants and toddlers do not need it as it upsets skin pH. Bath soaps and bubbles also cause UTI and genital irritation in baby girls as it upsets the natural internal pH balance. A bit of oatmeal in a calico cloth or the cut off toe of pantyhose tied with string or an elastic will soften the water for baby. A nice almond or olive oil massage after bath is perfect as well.
