I want you to close your eyes and go to your “happy place“.
Where are you? What does it look like?
Open your eyes (assuming you can read my instructions with your eyes closed). I am about to astonish you. I know what your happy place looks like.
It could only ever look like this:

This is the real-life home of former Miss Texas United America, Theresa Roemer. The room you are looking at is part of her $500,000 renovation that made her fantasy of a “female man cave” come to life. The ‘cave’ is where she keeps all her clothes, jewellery, and make-up.
Oh, and it’s catered. Obviously.
“It started years ago when I had a closet party and all the girls came over and they said, ‘I just wish it was bigger,” she told the Houston Chronicle,
“Since then it’s just been getting bigger and bigger and bigger, it’s like a ‘she cave’.”
Roemer told department store Neiman Marcus about the design of the three story wardrobe, “I planned it the way I dress. I have my furs and hats on the third floor, and my shoes, clothes and vanity on the second floor which is also where I get my hair and makeup done (and) where the champagne bar is… the first floor is where I keep my jewelry and my handbags; those are the last pieces I put on to finalize any outfit.”
There is a way that you too can experience this indoor paradise. You need only be related to Roemer by birth.
“My daughter always says that she doesn’t need to go to the store; she can just shop my closet!”.
That sound you hear is thousands of people the world over double checking their birth certificates, just in case.
Have a look through the rest of the photos of Roemer’s she-cave and blissfully return to your happy place:
