New cast members and a replacement villain: What to expect from Selling Sunset season six.

Season six of Selling Sunset is finally here.

The 11 episodes dropped on Netflix on Friday, bringing back the drama, the glamour, and of course – a peak inside some of the most luxurious houses in LA.

From new cast members to a replacement villain, here's everything you need to know before getting stuck into the latest season.

Before we get into it, watch the trailer for Selling Sunset season six. Post continues after video.

1. Season five recap.

In the final moments of season five, Chrishell Stause and agency owner Jason Oppenheim broke up after he said he didn’t want children, a deal breaker for the leading sales agent.

Heather Rae Young married her partner Tarek El Moussa, while Vanessa Villela’s boyfriend, Nick Hardy, gave her a promise ring.

The agency also said goodbye to Maya Vander, who moved to Miami full-time to be with her husband and children.

Earlier this month, Maya had a baby girl, Emma Reign.

Christine Quinn also left the show, despite Mary Fitzgerald and Jason attempting to patch things up.

2. Two new agents.

We are officially welcoming two new real estate agents (actors) into the office: Bre Tiesi and Nicole Young.

According to Selling Sunset, Nicole has been in the Sunset office for years but has rarely been shown on camera (if at all).

3. Bre is the mother of one of Nick Cannon's 12 children.

One of the best parts about reality TV is how cast members let us into their personal lives, but it is looking like Bre missed the memo.

Despite having a child with Nick Cannon, she tells the other women almost immediately that her personal life with Cannon is strictly off-limits.

4. Chrishell is Selling Sunset's new villain.

Now that Christine Quinn is officially done with Selling Sunset, Chrishell has stepped up to the plate.

Christine left the show in 2022, announcing her departure after the fifth season premiered. She's since published a book and solidified herself as an Instagram darling.

It also looks like she might get her own reality show soon if reports are true.

In season six, Chrishell has shown she's not afraid to take on the villain persona during a cast trip to Palm Springs.

Nicole (one of the newbies) claims Crishell is favoured by owner Jason, to which Crishell responds by accusing her co-star of being a drug addict.

"You don’t have a lot of points and you’re on drugs," she says.

"It doesn’t seem like there’s only wine in your glass and you’ve been acting a little cracked out all night."

Even Chrishell's close friend, Mary, says she "hit below the belt" and Nicole gets a drug test to prove her innocence.

"Did someone actually watch her pee into the cup? And are the results being sent to an unbiased third party ... or are they being sent to Nicole?" Chrishell later says during a confessional.

5. Davina's house is... still on the market.

Have you ever caught yourself thinking about that whopping $75 million eyesore of a mansion that went to market back in 2019?

Well, it's still for sale. For the same price.

Maybe in season seven, Dav.
