The fallout from Sean 'Diddy' Combs' arrest continues.
On September 16, Combs was arrested at a Manhattan hotel. Unsealed documents revealed he was charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. The court documents stated the rapper had "abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct."
Then in early October, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee stated he planned to file a lawsuit from over 120 alleged victims, with allegations dating back more than 20 years.
"We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates," Buzbee said during a press conference.
The arrest and lawsuit came on the heels of a leaked video that showed Diddy chasing, beating and dragging his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel lobby in 2016. Combs later apologised for the video.

Cassie settled a lawsuit against Diddy in November 2023.
The rapper's mother, Janice Small Combs, has since released a statement through her family's attorney. She said was "devastated and profoundly saddened" by the allegations against her son and claimed his accusers were "seeking a financial gain".
Judge Arun Subramanian has announced Combs will stand trial on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges starting on May 5.

November 13: Allegations of minors attending Diddy's 'freak off' parties.
In a new TMZ documentary entitled The Downfall Of Diddy: Inside the Freak Offs, new allegations have emerged that there were children seen attending one of Diddy's parties.
In the documentary, aspiring singer Tanea Wallace claims that she saw minors dressed in provocative attire and surrounded by adults while attending a party at Diddy's mansion.
"They're all huddled up. But no, they were little people. Dressed up like Harajuku Barbies, red lipstick, looking like real sexy," Wallace said.
"Am I going to get in trouble?" she continued. "I don't want to say I witnessed any of that crazy stuff but we all have common sense. Little people, not supposed to be there."
When asked if she was referring to underage people, Wallaced replied, "It's a shame."
Wallace said that she was invited to Combs' party as a guest of a Saudi Prince. She described the party as a wild all-nighter, with explicit activities and attendees who seemed to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Combs' lawyer has denied Wallace's claims.
"Ms Tanea Wallace has no credibility and her claims about 'freak offs' and minors are completely and categorically false," the statement said, as reported by TMZ.
October 29: Allegations from a 10-year-old boy are filed.
According to a new lawsuit, Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in 2005.
In one of two new civil lawsuits filed by Buzbee, a California plaintiff known as John Doe said that at 10 years old, he was an aspiring actor and rapper when his parents arranged an "audition" for Combs at a New York hotel.
The plaintiff performed several songs for the music mogul who told the boy he could "make him a star," the lawsuit stated.
"Combs asked Plaintiff how badly he wanted to be a star, and what Plaintiff would do to get to be one. Plaintiff responded, as might any ten-year-old child, that he would 'do anything,'" the lawsuit said.
According to the complaint, Combs gave him a soft drink spiked with drugs, pushed the child down, and forced him to perform oral sex. The plaintiff said he lost consciousness before waking up sore and with his pants undone.
When he started to cry and asked for his parents, John Doe claims that Combs said he would hurt them "badly" if the child ever shared what happened.
In the second lawsuit, another male accuser relayed a story from 2008 when he was a 17-year-old auditioning for the reality TV show Making the Band.
John Doe claims that Combs forced him to perform oral sex on himself and a bodyguard, which Diddy framed as a "test" of how much he wanted to succeed in the music industry. He failed the audition because Combs deemed him "untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard," the complaint said.
Combs' lawyers have since issued a response to the fresh allegations.
"The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth," Combs' lawyers said in a statement. "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor."
October 22: Allegations from a 13-year-old girl are filed.
Other celebrities are being drawn into the slew of allegations against Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
On October 22, news broke that Tony Buzbee filed a new wave of lawsuits against the music mogul, including an allegation from a woman who was just 13 at the time she alleges she was assaulted.
She claims to have been trying to attend the VMAs show at Radio City Music Hall in 2000, and when her attempts without a ticket were unsuccessful, she began asking the limousine drivers outside the venue. She alleges that one told her she "fit what Diddy was looking for" and so he invited her to the party.
She signed a non-disclosure agreement upon entering, and had one drink that she claims left her "woozy and lightheaded".
The lawsuit claims the plaintiff, unnamed and listed as a Jane Doe, found an empty bedroom to lie down as a place to rest.
"Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room," the suit alleges. "Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, 'You are ready to party.'
The Jane Doe alleges that she was pinned down and raped by Combs while the male and female celebrity watched. When he tried to force her to perform oral sex, she claims she fought him off, grabbed her clothes and left the bedroom, "roaming naked through the house looking for the exit."
The suit says she put her clothes on and went to a gas station, where a clerk noticed her distress and let her use the work phone to call her dad.
Diddy has maintained his innocence, with his lawyers telling The Post, "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone —adult or minor, man or woman."
October 18: Diddy is accused of lacing lotions with GHB
When cops raided Diddy's homes earlier this year, they seized nearly 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.
This detail was widely shared online, even joked about in 'horrible' and 'insensitive' memes, and now, new allegations suggest a harrowing reason behind the volume of lubricant.
On October 18, a new lawsuit accused the disgraced rapper of lacing "lotions or similar body oils" with GHB — colloquially known as the "date rape drug".
Gamma hydroxybutyrate (GHB) was originally developed as an anesthetic, and is hard to detect when slipped into a drink. It comes in liquid, crystal, or powder form, and can be absorbed through the skin when mixed into lubricants.
The lawsuit detailed "allegations of Combs dousing victims in lotions or similar body oils … laced with GHB, so that the drug would be absorbed through the victim's skin and make it easier to assault him or her."
In September, Diddy's lawyer Marc Agnifilio addressed the baby oil seized by authorities.
"I don't think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot," he told the New York Post. "I mean there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know.
"And, you know, these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do, you know."
Agnifilio's remarks prompted Costo, an American retailer, to clarify that they don't sell baby oil in any of their locations, as per TMZ.
October 14: Another six new lawsuits filed, with a minor among the accusers.
On October 14, six new lawsuits were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee in New York federal court accusing music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs of rape, sexual assault, and molestation, including allegations of sexual abuse involving a minor.
The new lawsuits, filed anonymously by two Jane Does and four John Does, include disturbing allegations spanning nearly three decades.
Among the allegations was a claim from a North Carolina man who said he was just 16 years old when Combs sexually assaulted him at one of the rapper's infamous "white parties" in the Hamptons in 1998.
The plaintiff, identified as John Doe in court documents, alleged Combs ordered him to drop his pants under the pretext that it was a "rite of passage" to break into the music industry, before fondling him.
The man said he complied out of fear and power imbalance but later realised he had been sexually assaulted.
In another case, a woman identified as Jane Doe alleged that in 2004, Combs invited her and a friend to a hotel party, where he forced her friend to perform oral sex and threatened to kill them if they didn't comply. The Jane Doe also alleged the star raped her.
In a separate 2005 incident, another Jane Doe alleged that Combs attacked her in a bathroom at a party for the late rapper Biggie Smalls' 'One More Chance' music video.
According to her lawsuit, Combs slammed her head against the wall and raped her after she tried to escape.
Other lawsuits included claims from a security guard who alleged he was drugged and assaulted at a 2006 party, and a man who attended a 2021 party hosted by Combs, claiming he was drugged and assaulted by multiple men, including Combs.
Another lawsuit involves an alleged assault at a Macy's flagship department store in Manhattan in 2008. The John Doe claimed he was confronted and forced to perform oral sex in the stockroom.
Combs' legal team has not directly responded to the latest allegations but previously described the wave of lawsuits as part of a "reckless media circus." He has pleaded not guilty to racketeering and sex trafficking charges and remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn.
Judges have repeatedly denied bail, citing concerns that Combs may pose a danger to the community and could tamper with witnesses.
The new lawsuits, are part of what lawyers describe as a group of more than 100 alleged victims who plan to take legal action against Combs following his sex-trafficking arrest in September.
October 8: Beyoncé and Jay Z's representative has come out to defend them from allegations.
Jay-Z and Beyoncé's attorney, Alex Spiro, has come out to condemn Piers Morgan after he aired an interview with Jaguar Wright on his Uncensored series who made several serious allegations about the couple.
Wright once worked with Jay-Z as a backup singer. She referred to him as a "monster", described the duo as a "nasty little couple" who had more "victims" than Diddy, and claimed Jay-Z had links with Combs.
Morgan has since issued an apology.
"Their lawyers contacted us to say that those claims were totally false and have no basis in fact. And we've therefore complied with the legal request to cut them from the original interview. Editing interviews is not something we do lightly on a show called Uncensored.
"But, like the proverbial cries of fire in a crowded theatre, there are legal limits on us, too. And we apologise to Jay-Z and Beyoncé," he said.
Spiro didn't mince his words about the interview.
"There's rumours and then there's nonsense and this is one step further. This is a pointed and formal accusation of something. I felt needed to be responded to," Spiro said in an interview with TMZ.
"And by doing that to get clicks, it didn't just harm the Carters. What he did effectively was drown out the voices of actual victims in an ongoing case in an ongoing investigation and that was too much for me."
Spiro suggested that Jay-Z and Beyoncé's actions speak louder than their words. Neither has come out to comment on Diddy's allegations.
"As to the Carters, I can tell you that when they put their foot down on something as they did here, they are sending a message," he stated.
"And if they can't stand up and make sure right from wrong then who can? I have always believed that the truth will come out in courtrooms and I'm sure the truth will come out here."
October 1: Diddy is accused of sexually assaulting 25 minors, including a 9-year-old.
On October 1, Buzbee announced that Combs is accused of sexually assaulting 25 minors — including a 9-year-old boy.
"I want to focus on the ages of these victims. When we talk about the ages of these victims when the conduct occurred, it's shocking," said Buzbee at the press conference.
He added that Diddy's youngest victim was just 9 years old when the disgraced rapper allegedly sexually assaulted them.
"This individual who was 9 years old at the time, was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records, other boys were there to audition as well," Buzbee told reporters.
"This individual was sexually abused allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio with the promise to both his parents and himself of getting a record deal," he continued.
October 1: More celebrities are going to be implicated.
The attorney behind 120 lawsuits against Diddy, Tony Buzbee, has alleged that multiple celebrities will be sued along with Combs, claiming demand letters have been sent to the involved parties.
"We want to make sure if we name individuals beyond Mr. Combs that we make sure that we've done our homework because it's gonna create a firestorm and we understand that," Buzbee told TMZ Live. "We're gonna make sure we dot our Is and cross our Ts."
Buzbee said that celebrities will be named in the coming week. "I would expect so. I really don't want to get into a situation where people are, you know… I don't file a lawsuit next week, that creates a media frenzy," he stated.
"I want to be clear about something: if you were attending one of these 'parties,' if you will, and you attended before or you knew what was going to happen, that is you know that a particular drug was being used in drinks and was causing people to be coerced and taken advantage of and you were there in the room, or you participated, or you watched it happen and didn't say anything, or you helped cover it up, in my view, you have a problem."
The attorney continued, "A lot of people attended these parties. A lot of people saw this activity going on, a lot of people allowed it to go on, said nothing, didn't intervene, maybe benefited from it, profited from it. All of these individuals and entities in my view have exposure here."
Buzbee said that demand letters have already been circulated with celebrities.
"In every single case, especially cases like this, we collect our data, collect our evidence, do our due diligence, spend time with the victim, and then, because it's in the best interest of the victim, we attempt to resolve these matters without the filing of a public lawsuit," he said.
"And we have done that already, I would say, with a handful of individuals, many of which you've heard of before, and [we] will continue to do that."
Listen to The Spill episode on the celebrities set to be exposed. Post continues after podcast.
September 30: An explicit video is allegedly being 'shopped around'.
A rumoured "pornographic" video featuring Combs and an even bigger A-list celebrity is allegedly being "shopped around", according to Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the attorney for one of Combs' accusers.
Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNation that someone reached out to her about the "sale of one of the Diddy tapes."
"There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood, being shopped around to individuals in Hollywood," Mitchell-Kidd said.
"But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge."
She claims that the person in it is a known celebrity.
"Mr. Combs was in the tape and this other person is — I would venture to say, more high-profile than Mr. Combs," she alleged.
"I can verify that it exists. That it's real and that the other person in the video is very visible."
Mitchell-Kidd clarified that she believes the video was filmed on one of the hidden cameras in Combs' home in Atlanta.
"It does seem like… the person isn't looking into the video," she said.
"To me, it doesn't seem like that person knows they were being videotaped. It didn't seem like they were an active participant in the videotaping. It seemed like they were being surreptitiously recorded."
September 16: Diddy is arrested.
Sean 'Diddy' Combs was arrested on Monday September 16 by federal agents in a New York City hotel. He was arrested on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for purposes of prostitution, according to the US Attorney's Office in Manhattan.
Combs pleaded not guilty the following day and has since maintained his innocence.
The arrest came months after several other civil lawsuits against the rapper, beginning in November 2023 when Comb's ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of sexually and physically assaulting her during their relationship.
A video of Diddy assaulting Cassie was made public in May 2024, you can read more on this here.
