The man who refers to himself as Lord Disick doesn’t usually invite much sympathy.
As the partner of Kourtney Kardashian and father of their three kids Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 6 months, Scott Disick, 32, has been frequently MIA and entered rehab (in Costa Rica, how dreadful for him) earlier this year but only lasted a week.
Disick, whose latest month-long European bender resulted in Kardashian, 36, breaking off their nine-year relationship, has yet to return home – not even for his daughter’s third birthday.
Despite his general air of douchedom, though, an Instagram post he made wishing her a happy birthday (she probably can’t read yet and may have preferred a phone call, but still) indicates he’s not necessarily proud of his behaviour.
“1 of the only things I’m proud off about myself. Happybdayp,” he captioned it.
His Instagram account is mostly pictures of himself with his shirt unbuttoned, himself next to or on or in fancy cars, and humorous Kardashian memes.

Disick’s life fell apart when he was photographed by paparazzi “canoodling” with an ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli, 25, in Monte Carlo, which was apparently the final straw.
The photographs and the extended absence led to a dumping, as they should, and Disick’s now facing life without the Kardashians, which could prove difficult for someone accustomed to the benefits that Kim Kardashian’s majestic bottom bestows on those close to it.
Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her daughter’s birthday, the mother and daughter dressed in a matching Tinkerbell outfits, with the Kardashian family at Disneyland.
She’s also communicated (via Instagram, duh) that she’s finished taking Disick’s shit: behold.
The image was simply captioned, “Don’t mess.”
According to People magazine, Disick is currently partying in Miami, Florida and refusing to return to Los Angeles to see his defacto and kids.
He’s been publicising a nightclub appearance he’ll be making in Las Vegas this Friday.

Lord Dickhead is just another one of those selfish bastards who give men a bad name. Hats off to all those fathers that stick around, are part of their kids lives (uh duh ... instagram doesn't qualify, mate) and do all they can to put their kids needs before their own dick - these are the true heroes. As for Lord DIckhead - it's not too late - zip up your fly and start doing right by your kids (maybe sell one of those cars and send the proceeds to a group that really cares about kids - it might help you when you look at yourself in the mirror)
