They’re pretty much Sydney royalty – and Sarah and Lachlan Murdoch’s palace doesn’t disappoint.
Model and TV presenter Sarah Murdoch and her media executive husband Lachlan have put their amazing Bronte home up for sale. However, this isn’t the first time their waterfront pad has seen the property market. This is the THIRD time it has been put up for sale, having first been listed in 2009 and then again in 2011.
When the house was first put on the market in 2009, the Murdochs were asking for a whopping $13.5 million sale price.
Their home is three floors with multiple terraces and a variety of living and dining spaces. They even have a rumpus room with a wet bar and a temperature-controlled wine cellar! If that wasn’t enough to sell you, the five-star home is only metres away from Bronte’s busting café strips.
The couple are currently renting their Coolong home in Vaucluse and are completing a $11.6 million renovation on their Georgian estate in Bellvue Hill which is said to be worth $23 million at present. With all that property under their belts it's no surprise the couple have made the Sunday Times Richest 1000 list. We'll be keeping our eyes peeled to see how much their Bronte home goes for on auction day at the end of June.
