It’s a story made in gym heaven.
You will remember him as the winner of The Biggest Loser Australia, where he lost half of his body weight in 2008.
But now Sam Rouen, 27, has new reason to feel amazing. The firefighter has found love with fellow fitness fanatic Natalie Pagett, 25.
The pair met in the weights room of their local gym, how fitting.
Speaking to Woman's Day, Rouen explained his fear of never finding love after only being in one relationship previously. "I tried not to think much of relationships. I'd figured I wasn't ever going to be lucky in that department and basically wrote it off," he said.
Except Rouen's confidence stood in the way of him approaching Pagett, “I always thought Nat had a lovely smile, but I’m not very confident approaching girls,” he explained.

“When I first saw Sam, he was a bit shy. I loved that he was into fitness, and he was quite cute, too,” added Pagett, who had no idea about Rouen's stint on reality television.
In the end, it was Pagett who made the first move. "She actually took me out on our first date – to speedway car racing!”
If the pair's social media accounts are anything to go by, they look very much in love.
