Sam Frost makes her first Instagram post since deleting her social media accounts.

Last month, radio host and ex-Bachelorette Sam Frost deactivated her social media accounts, after dealing with relentless trolling and false media reports that she and boyfriend Sasha Mielczarek had split.

Today, the 28-year-old has returned to Instagram, sharing her first post in more than a month.

On her Instagram Story, she’s shared a photo of what looks like a perfect day at Bondi Beach.

'Sun, walk, wine,' she wrote, suggesting she was, indeed, having the perfect afternoon.

Just days ago, Frost had a particularly awkward experience when she temporarily re-activated her Instagram account.

"I wanted to print some photos, but all my best photos are on my Instagram," she said.

"But then, as I went to de-activate it I noticed I got so many direct messages from people who were like, 'she's back!' Then I realised, anyone who has been tagged in a photo ever in the five years I have had Instagram got notified."

Yeah. Awkward.

"Poor Sasha, he would've got notified about a million times but that's OK because I can easily say, 'Hey, I re-activated because of this,'" Frost continued.

"But obviously I've dated people in the past four or five years... if I've just tagged you in a picture just ignore it. I'm so embarrassed."

Frost's presence hasn't been entirely absent from Instagram, with the radio host making plenty of appearances on the official Rove and Sam account, which has almost 60,000 followers.

Perhaps her latest Instagram Story signifies her personal return to the social media platform - hopefully one which doesn't cause her the stress it has in the past.

Just before Frost de-activated her Instagram account, she responded to the New Idea rumours she and Mielczarek were "spending less time together" and had "unfollowed each other on Instagram". (Post continues after gallery.)

In a furious open letter on her Facebook page, she wrote, "New Idea get a f–king life! For the one millionth time, Sash and I have not split. In fact we are stronger than ever.

"Spoilers; Social media isn’t the real world. The media isn’t the real world. What’s real is the time you spend with your partner, the challenges you work through and the unconditional love and support we have for one another.

"We actually prefer to keep social media out of our relationship, because that is what works for us."

We hope Frost's experience with Instagram is much more positive this time around.
