CONGRATS: Sam and Snezana Wood have welcomed their second daughter together.

In exciting baby news, Bachelor alumni Sam and Snezana Wood have welcomed their second child together.

Posting the news on Instagram on Wednesday night, the former reality TV stars shared that they have named their baby girl, who was born on Tuesday, Charlie Lane Wood.

“Yesterday on the birthday of my Mum we welcomed Charlie Lane Wood,” the season three Bachelor posted.

“There were tears, @snezanawood you are my everything and my love and admiration for you somehow only grows stronger. The last 30 hours have been magical.”

Moments later, Snez posted her own photo to Instagram, featuring a smiling, sleeping Charlie with the caption: “Another beautiful little girl to drive Daddy crazy. Charlie Lane Wood you are a little drop from heaven.”

Sam and Snez announced they were expecting baby number two in February this year, sharing the news with fans on Sam’s Instagram story.

“We are having another baby,” Sam said.

“We posted a picture on Instagram earlier, and about 500 people have gone ‘oh my god Snez are you pregnant’… I think the cat is out of the bag,” the personal trainer told fans, laughing.

Later that month, they revealed they would be having a girl in a clever gender reveal Instagram video which turns from black and white to baby pink. The family was decked out in the same colour, with matching balloons.

“It’s a girl!,” the final slide read.

The couple tied the knot in November last year, and already share one-year-old daughter Willow. Sam is also step-dad to Snez’s 13-year-old daughter Eve.

We are thrilled for the growing Wood family on the safe arrival of baby Charlie!

Ah, another lovely reminder that amidst the artificiality of

the Bachelor

stable of shows, sometimes it does work out. Matty J and Laura still seem to be going strong too - I suspect the celebrities were always going to be a disaster, let's hope this latest one works out.

Call me a cynic, but with every kid they produce, there's new material to sell on their Instagram. I'd be less cynical if these "celebrities" actually shielded the privacy of their children and didn't use them as a part of their "brand".
